RecommendedHad the best car buying experience @ Liberty thanks to Kolton Vadnal. This young man knows his vehicle facts, inventory, and knows how to get you into a price you are comfortable with. You instantly feel like family when you are with Kolton and can instantly know that his intentions are genuine when he says he isn’t happy unless you are happy. Worst customer service ever!!! Purchased a 2021 yukon and it’s been down for repairs longer than it’s been in my possession. Customer service was great when I gave them my money and the next week when the truck started having issues I couldn’t even get a response or a call back with what was actually wrong with the vehicle.. 70k down the drain. Don’t buy a yukon and definitely don’t shop here!

My husband and daughter bought a car from Nalley on July 25, 2020. Marco was our salesman he was great to work with!! However 10 weeks later still no tag!!!! I've called several times. We had to go to our tag office file for extension for temporary tag now that tag expires in 2 days. I called yesterday Freddy never called me back so I spoke to manager said overnighting the paper work(so it was just sitting there for!! how long???) Bought a brand new Sierra Denali. 2 weeks and 1400 miles later the truck started overheating while I was on vacation with my family. Had to have the truck towed to liberty gmc with my own AAA because Onstar would only tow 25 miles and I was 100 miles away. Called liberty gmc about it and they rudely said they couldn’t do anything about it until Monday. Not even a loaner or anything. Now my family and I are stuck with no vehicle on vacation.
