ALL of it!! I HATE this place!! I was told my car would be done in a week and it took 4!! Then you dent it up and offer me 650 when the work is going to cost 1200 all because I won't bring it back to your shop to fix!! Me and my family had to literally walk out of Oregon!! Greedy, Rude AF and Heartless!! Nathan and Laura you are the most unprofessional people I have ever had the displeasure to meet!

We just moved to town two months ago. I brought my SUV in for service and there’s been an issue with it since they messed with it. I have spoken with them twice regarding to please remedy it and they keep pushing me away or saying they don’t have time. Very unprofessional. I will never step foot in that dealership again.

I have experienced great customer service for myself. You don't find that much anymore. Our salesman was Terry. He is absolutely amazing. He took his time and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. I appreciate the patience especially on a hot day.

They over charged me for a tire rotation and oil change. They provided a phone number on google reviews to make the situation better, but after calling three times and no one knowing anything about the situation... no one helped or made things better and actually wasted more of my time.

They where very polite and made the car buying experience easy. I bought a 15 with 60k miles. The day after I picked the vehicle up the transmission started shuttering and slipping. Charles had told me they went through the whole car and made sure everything checked out. So I took it to a local dealership as I am 2 hours away from vail, the tech told me the transmission fluid was burnt and very over due to be changed. Went on Saturday to see about turning in my terrain and getting another suv at first salesman was very helpful stated I did not want my credit ran just went but worked up numbers based on a score I gave him. When he came back the price of the car was changed to show the 5k off was from being a prior customer not the Labor Day sale as posted online which o stated also left me upside down on my turn in- then stated payment would be in the700 and said that was high from what o pay now he stated I know that won’t work I agreed a... read more

I had a minor initial quality issue with the interior of my new Canyon Altitude. The staff quickly and easily assessed and then endeavored to follow a seemingly complex process to make my repair. They did this with speed and courtesy and I am happy that I have them as my dealership. This service was consistent to the constant contact from my sales person to the simplicity of the service experience....Thank you.
