RecommendedI have an older Envoy which needed some repairs this past year. Thomas Fox was my adviser and I could not ask for anyone more helpful. Repairs were done and I now feel much safer driving.

I bought my 2008 Equinox in January 2009. Everything on the purchase, the salesman, etc. was excellent. We went to Parks Huntersville after a bad experience right before this purchase at another Chevrolet dealership. I've been bringing my Equinox to Parks for service since the original purchase. I've been working with Thomas in Service for several years now and I always receive excellent service, communications on anything that needs done. I've never had any difficulties and would recommend Parks at the Lake to anyone!!
I purchased a vehicle that didn't have any proper inspections prior to being sold to me. On Feb 28, 2017 @ aprx 9:00 pm I purchased a black 2015 Kia K900 for $29K (before taxes & finance fees) from Parks Chevy. The car had aprx 29K miles on it. I arrived to the dealership @ aprx 7:00 pm(after sunset due to working) to test drive the car. This place is laughable. If you want a sleazy dealership come here! My brother works for GM so I had an employee pricing code and they couldn’t get that right. They literally had to find the car and the price was set. We had a small request that was apparently too big. 3LT with gray leather, bucket seats and trailer hitch. They said they found the car and it was supposed to be transferred the next day. Well that didn’t happen and apparently they needed an extra four days because it snowed the first day so everything was shut... read more
Thomas in service has always done a great job on my 2500 HD LTZ truck every time I have brought it into parks and in a timely manner.
My husband and I came in for an oil change and tire rotation on his new Silverado truck... everything went real smooth they took care of us and a very friendly and professional manner thank you Parks Chevrolet and we'll see you again soon...
