******. UPDATE ****** I contacted the general manager Tuesday as suggested in their canned response to all negative posts. It is now Sunday, six days later and not a single phone call. Terrible customer service. Used them for service several times and had a good experience. Thought I would give them a try buying a new vehicle. RecommendedPurchased a car from them yesterday. It was a long process but isn’t it always? Our salesman, Johnathan Hicks, was professional but comfortable. He looked at as many cars as we wanted and never pushed in any direction. They do not stand behind their used vehicles. I purchased a used vehicle in January 2019. I was told and was provided with a Pre-Owned Limited Warranty Supplement for 3 Months/3K Miles. Within this mileage and time frame, I noticed two issues and brought my vehicle in for service. The A/C never blew cold (difficult to determine its not fully functioning in the winter). One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Financed a vehicle they couldn’t get. After figuring out on my own the car wasn’t coming the customer service was terrible. They did not notify me to let me know. Left me sitting all day waiting for my new car. They refunded my down payment but went through with loan funding. I found this out only by checking my credit report. Turns out they knew it was funded and once again did not contact me to let me know. I would NEVER EVER do business with them again. What a great no hassle customer service experience. I had my SUV towed to Parks for transmission replacement. Kat our service manager was exceptional! She was super friendly & detailed explaining the process and time frame we were looking at to have my SUV fixed. We did not have to jump through any hoops to deal with them or the warranty company.
