Recently my car was totaled and I had my eye on a specific replacement vehicle. Darius, Richard and Abbie did everything they could to help me secure the vehicle I wanted. The journey started off rockie as I traveled several mikes to view a specific car but once I explained what happened to Abbie and Richard they turned my frowns and displeasure into pure joy. I am loving my new GMC Acadia with all the extras! I will now be a repeat customer. Thank you for taking care of me!

We made an appointment over a week in advance to have our Pontiac Vibe's air bag replaced (per the recall notice). My husband arrives at our appointed time. He was told it would take 30 min more then originally told over the phone. After the hour and a half, he was then told they didn't have the part, and would have to order it!!!!!!! Seriously??????? I don't know a lot about auto repairs and I'm used to being ripped off on repairs, but that nonsense ended last week. I took my 2014 GMC Sierra in for the standard 50k mile service tune-up which was about $300 for the transmission flush, oil change, etc. I was ok with that, but then they said I need new rotors and brake pads. The cost was going to be $1,200. I agreed to pay it until my roommate told me to ask a couple other people about that price. ive bought 3 cars from the lake location, but now i cant seem to get them to remember im looking for a specific vehicle, that ive been looking for for over 4 months now, seems to me real service needs to be brought back at least in the form of hey, you folks send people to auctions for specific vehicles and you dont for me?????? also, id like to address the one issue that is going to bring down most dealers in the next year! trade, buy back! Their service department is terrible. Had an appointment at 10 am was told an hour 3 hours later my car hadn't even been taken back. Made several complaints and sent various emails and was given several promises... they never followed through
