The service department quoted me $1500 and said it would take 6hrs to replace a water pump which my regular mechanic fixed for $170 and did it in an hour. No typo, $1500! FIFTEEN HUNDRED DOLLARS!!!!

Left another service visit extremely satisfied! JJ Napier has taken care of us the last few times, but all the other staff are great as well.
