Worst service for your car! Don't let them touch your car! After multiple attempts to fix my car, $1000 spent in parts and labor, my car is in the same condition as initially. Service manager JJ is just fishing for more and more money, he is not staying behind the work they did, he will ask for more money to fix something else. Be ready to sue them like i did. Get an attorney, he will fix your problems, not Chevrolet. Y U C K
I recently leased an Equinox from Parks. Two reasons I chose this dealer. The first when my Buick needed massive repairs they were honest thorough and timely. I have a mechanical background so I had some idea what I was facing. The service department was excellent. No issues and great customer service from JJ and his team. Horrible customer service! From the beginning was a bad experience before I sent in my first payment my truck was at a repair shop for a transmission rebuild yes it was a used vehicle but when I told them during the test drive it felt the tranny was shifting hard the assured me that the transmission was sound! I called back and they said they don't want nothing to do with it it's not their problem! Will NEVER buy a vehicle from them again!
