Paperwork was given to us wrong 3 times during the 2 weeks time it took to sell us a car. We had to come back to the dealership to sign paperwork after waiting 7 hours in the dealership the day we bought a vehicle. Parks didn't have a record of the cash we put down, and called us 2 weeks after the sale and claimed we still owed them money. I understand buying a used vehicle is risky, but Parks claimed they inspected it before the sale was final. Chrissy is incredible and if you need a new car go see her. I had been burnt before by other dealerships and was unbelievably nervous going into the dealership. She made me so comfortable and took away all of my anxiety. Christina the manager is beyond incredible. And Austin in finance made the process smooth and as non stressful as signing for a car can be. Outstanding experience. Richard Marsh was my sales associate and he was only concerned with what I was looking for and not up-selling or steering me to something they wanted to sell. The entire process was smooth and transparent. No games at all. One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had.

The manager, Wil, was extremely rude and unprofessional. The customer service was horrible. The truck had no gas in it, the key didn't work, and no spare key. Tried to give me a rate twice as high as another financing place did. Would not recommend this place.
