Thomas Fox and the team in the Service department at Parks at the Lake are top-notch in every way. We have put our trust in Thomas and Parks for service on our three Suburbans ('01 driven well over 250k, '08 with over 150k, and the baby '15 with just over 60k) for years, and even though we only purchased the '15 at Parks, Thomas treats us like gold. Whether it's for scheduled maintenance or a last-minute glitch that needs a fix before a long trip, Thomas Fox makes it RIGHT!

Everyone was very nice up until the moment we needed the title and registration done for our car. My fiance and I purchased a car with this dealership back in December and our buying experience from the employees was satisfactory. Now we are having issues getting a hold of anyone to help us get the plates for the car.
