I purchased a truck May 9 from this dealership. It’s been a month and I have not received my tag information. I have called a week prior to expiration. No answer, no return call. The receptionist refuse to answer the phone or send me to a manager to resolve my tag issue. Called today 6/10- tag expired and still no response. Left yet another message with Long and no response. I will contact Better Business Bureau . They have lost my family as future customers. Sorry Boys no upgrades coming from this place.

The price on the internet for cars isn’t even close to what they will sell it to you for. Salesman Jarrett Clipper was great but the sales Manager stated that 2 other customers came in wanting the price listed on the internet for the same car but they cannot do that price. Here’s an idea change the dang price in the internet so you don’t waste my or Jarrett’s time. PS. The Sales Manager was a jerk so probably will never buy another vehicle from any Parks Dealerships in the future!!

Raegan was a fantastic sales lady. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Scott the manger was an arrogant jerk and I would not recommend anyone buying a car from this location. Just experienced why people hate going to a car lot to buy a car. I wish Raegan a wonderful future.

Parks promised to add a spray in bed liner if I purchased a new truck. “We’ll come pick it up and give you a loaner” Parks said. After the purchase was complete, Parks then recommended I go to another dealership for the service and after I drove 30 mins to the other dealer, the loaner I was promised had already been given out to someone else. When the sales rep and dealership have their money, what’s the point in keeping their word? There are plenty of Chevy dealers in the area, I recommend going elsewhere.
