Great job Thomas Fox. Great Service Advisor. I always deal with Thomas when I bring my car in & he always provides excellent customer service. Last Friday, I took my car in for service. It had been at least a year if not longer since I had been there. When I walked in, Thomas never even asked my name. After all the time that had passed, he remembered who I am. With all the customers I’m sure he deals with, that says a lot about his level of service & commitment to his job.
