Highly recommend! Excellent customer service because the whole team is authentic and friendly. Xavier helped me through my end of lease options so that I could purchase my vehicle (that I loved while leasing). Both he and the sales manager helped me even though the exit-lease-purchase option doesn’t count towards commission for the sales team. They did it as a courtesy for me and treated me very well. I appreciated their professionalism and dedication to making me feel comfortable while I asked questions.
Worst car buying experience in my life! I think I’m even still waiting on manager to return my call! What a jerk he was! Before even paying my first payment on my 2016 vehicle ($33,000) I had to replace the wheel bearings, throttle body, torque converter, broke down 3 times with my children in the car, they lost my tax receipt, so my tag took 2 months, tire pressure light is still on that they promised would go off after I drove it a little (two months ago) and now my ac is out! The buying experience was par at best. I asked for a renegotiating price and was misled, I did however purchase the vehicle. It was what happened after the purchase that frustrated me the most. Had a few issues with the vehicle after purchase and could never reach anyone that could help me. I have been waiting on a call back or response from a Scott Osborne to this day.
