RecommendedI’ve been admitted a couple times for monitoring and lab work throughout my pregnancy. I’m being induced this weekend and I’m so thankful to be going to such an amazing hospital. The staff here is wonderful! I have nothing but positive things to say ❤️

RecommendedI had a great experience at the Parkridge East Hospital. Was in for outpatient surgery and the process went smoothly. The nurses and personnel were very kind and professional.
I almost passed out in the waiting room and when I asked for help, I was told I had to wait like everyone else and given an attitude. Left and went to Erlanger and had to be hooked up to an Iv immediately.

My sister was admitted with influenza and incoherent. She has a history of bipolar illness and she’s had a stroke and an heart attack. She is 70 years old and the best they could do was take her to a homeless shelter on discharge.. No money no ids just what she came in with on the ambulance. She has no family there in Chattanooga. This is a real medical mental health disaster. Where is the help here?
the 2nd shift nurses are treating my family awful when they call to check on there dad! the nurse told them she didn't know what was going on. Can she not look at the chart and see what's going on? If she don't like her job she needs to find another job!

my nurse Jesse was absolutely amazing during my labor. She answered every question i had, helped me beyond what i couldve ever asked for, i wish i could say the same for the nurses & janitors for the evening & the days following. the janitor never brought clean towels, never picked up food trays even after saying theyd be back in an hour. issue after issue, nurses allowed me to sit in a bedpan for an HOUR while i called for someone to help after delivering my son. was constantly told they were bringing my son back from testi... read more

Recommendedim supposed to have an appointment 40 minutes ago. i made the appointment in office YESTERDAY, updated all of my information, was told the appointment would be virtual and that id receive a call with further instructions 10 minutes before the appointment time. ive not received a call, i dont know what im supposed to do. this already happened on the 13th at 4:15pm, when i was supposed to have a virtual appointment with doctor greggory and i never recieved a call. i just want an appointment.

My 89 year old aunt just spent eight days in Parkridge East Hospital. While I can't comment on her care I am disturbed there was zero communication with the family. Many messages were left requesting a hospitalist to call. Eight days and no on called. In these times, and when no visitors are allowed, extra attention needs to be taken to make sure the family knows what's going on.
