My sister was admitted with influenza and incoherent. She has a history of bipolar illness and she’s had a stroke and an heart attack. She is 70 years old and the best they could do was take her to a homeless shelter on discharge.. No money no ids just what she came in with on the ambulance. She has no family there in Chattanooga. This is a real medical mental health disaster. Where is the help here?
the 2nd shift nurses are treating my family awful when they call to check on there dad! the nurse told them she didn't know what was going on. Can she not look at the chart and see what's going on? If she don't like her job she needs to find another job!

RecommendedI have to give a big shout out to the staff at parkridge. I was taken by ambulance to the ER early in the wee hours Thursday March 12th. I was having a heart attack. My wife says I coded in the cath lab, and was taken to surgery. I was in surgery for about 6 hours. I had a triple bypass and a mitral valve repair. First and foremost I want to thank my savior Jesus Christ. It is only by his grace that I am still here. I want to thank the staff of SICU and 3 East. my husband had a heart attack on March 11 Wednesday night about 10 and this is where they took him. If I had a thank you note for everyone there i would give it to all. We couldn't have asked for better care . Treated us like royalty. Thank you so much .Don and Macky Mills
All of the Nurses, all of the CNAs, all of dietary that brought my meals! My Hospitalist ? Rayner? Chief Surgeon Gage? You know who you are! Thanks to everyone who took time to listen to me, care for me , Mind , Body and My Soul. Good Job! Keep it going 4th Floor!
Thank you so much to the nurses and all the staff. The care I received was top notch. I was in sicu and the 4th floor. The staff were caring and more than competent. This whole thing was rather scary but they did all they could to set my mind at ease. I could go on but words can't express. So again thank you so much
The hospital is great and has been a lifesaver for my family but please do something about the food! After being served chicken, rice and the same mixed veggies 2 meals a day for 3 days I finally complained, then got a very dry hamburger patty. Hospital wonderful, food really needs to change!
