It’s never too noisy, maintenance team is outstanding, they always ask us for ideas or suggestions, the location makes it easy for me to get anywhere in Dallas, downtown, uptown, park cities, north and south, and it’s such secure environment I feel good always.

Small, community but overpowered by the continuous... Small, community but overpowered by the continuous construction from neighboring hospitals. Located within minutes of Love Field. Rent is higher than you would expect to pay further out. Non smoking policy is overlooked by residents and not strictly enforced. Grounds are kept up, except for the small dog park that is ladened with dog waste that residents do not pick up. I have been staying at Park5940MD with my family f... I have been staying at Park5940MD with my family for almost two months now. Although it is costly as compared to other places nearby but by far it has been the best experience. All the facilities like clean, well maintained swimming pools, outdoor cooking arrangement, lounge area, meeting rooms, printer, internet in the common area, indoor games are provided here. I really wish people would stop smoking in their u... I really wish people would stop smoking in their units or allowing their dogs to pee on sidewalks… nasty. Other than that I am content for now.
