Verified Renter The apartment is great. The environment is nice and the condition of the apartment is new. Although I can hear some sound from my room, it is okay for me.
Verified Renter I have lived at Park 5949 for 2 years now. My overall experience has been good. Unfortunately due to the rates increasing, my time here has come to an end. My rent has increased $600 since moving here in 2021. Can’t say this is just this company but you would think companies would treat their current residents a little better than this. The staff here are nice and friendly but they company as a whole are ripping people off.

Verified Renter The staff are professional and friendly. They will immediately address any problem. The maintenance is top notch. The amenities are excellent and convenient. There’s two pools to choose from. The building is calm and quiet with nice neighbors.

Verified Renter Hallways are always clean and amenities are always well taken care of . I am going into my third year here. Update: I love it here and I enjoy working with Andrea regarding my account. People seem not to know where to place trash in the community, which is very sad when everything is completely labeled. All of my neighbors are awesome and some are even my friends … I am not sure about the other parts of the community.
