Verified Renter Nice, smaller community that sits in the heart of the Medical District, two lovely pools, and other amenities offered for residents who seek a social aspect of community living. The downside is the ongoing construction surrounding the property that creates boundaries and noise. I’m going on almost 2 years, and the construction never seems to end. Verified Renter A nice place to live & the location is great. Can’t speak on all of the building but my apartment is super-quiet & that means a lot nowadays. The rent is a tad high & the grounds/garage could be a bit cleaner but overall not a bad place to call home.
