Verified Renter The environment here is very good, the attitude of the front desk staff is also very good, and the apartment is very comfortable. The environment is usually very quiet at night, with no noise.
Verified Renter It is a nice place with gym, two pools and a nice lobby. It is a little expensive for the small units and there are not groceries or pharmacies close. Anyway is a good place to live

Verified Renter Love the apartment complex. Pros: Gated/Safe complex, amenities( 2 pools, fitness center, game room), covered parking garage, close to downtown. Work orders are quick. Cons: A little pricey. It can be a pain going up and down the parking garage.
Verified Renter Maintenance is great! The poop at the dog park is outrageous! The prices keep going up too high without any real updates. The gym could be better. The restrooms by the gym have been closed since COVID. Very inconvenient.
Verified Renter Love the community..super clean and they always respond on same day for any maintenance issues.They usually organize some events once in awhile which is a nice thing to meet and greet people .so far it is a pleasant stay.

I am appreciative of the help I have received from the complex after an issue I had with prior management and would recommend living here. It is in a good location and the other residents are friendly, making it a comfortable place to live.
