Noise and Poor Management Loud pool pump makes a buzzing noise all day and prevents us from sleeping at night. Management will not do anything to help.
Good Overall good experience. 3 year resident. Residents can learn how to follow policies and the safety could be better , but overall I am ok with my unit and the location of the community. Only a 9 minute commute to my new place of employment .

save your money and mental health With all do respect, this review is long over due, this apartment complex was by far one of the worst rentals in Dallas. After 2 years of throwing money into a complex that lets dogs poop in the hallways, pee in the elevators (if your lucky enough to have a working one), have bugs in units and don’t let you address them, and nonstop issues with the access gates. bad manage team They have a lot of extra charges. The management is getting worse!

On the decline Lived there since it was brand new (6 years ago) and just moved out - witnessed management and constant staff changes which was historically fine. Current management is nothing short of awful. The location is incredibly convenient if you work or go to school at UTSW, and the layout of my apartment was great... but elevators are usually broken and the quality of the appliances is suspect. Also question the safety of the parking garage. I'd look elsewhere if I had to do it again.
Great Amenities This apartment complex has been a blast to live in. Great appliances, pools are amazing, and the staff is extremely friendly.
Small but convenient Non-smoking property where 30% of the residents smoke wherever they choose and throw thier cigarette butts everywhere. Corner elevator has been out of service about 40% of the time in the last 2 months. Looks nice close to the leasing office, however they don't keep the property clean at all. Hopefully new property management will clean up the place. Too many other new properties in the area. Not all managements fault, there are some nasty people living here who think they can just put garbage anywhere.
