Verified Renter Nice, smaller community with two lovely pools located in the Medical District within walking distance to UT Southwestern. The community is non- smoking, however with most rental communities, residents do not follow their lease agreement. A quaint little dog park just the right size, however, some residents refuse to pick up the waste, and it lays their. The rent is on the higher end.
Verified Renter I love this community. The shared spaces are super clean and they smell beautiful and fresh. The leasing office staff is very friendly and all the maintenance requests are promptly taken care of. Keep up the awesome work!

Verified Renter It is a very good place to live but I think is so expensive because the neighborhood is not nice. There are noti groceries stores and pharmacy closer. Then you are dependant of delivery if you don't have car and sometimes the delivery is not enough diligent and your purchases sometimes disappear from the mail room
Verified Renter beautiful and clean, one star less because the wifi in the pool almost never works and although there is a kitchen with coffee bags, everything is always empty
