This small, somewhat eccentric café is a local favorite. The décor is certainly part of the café's charm- bright primary colors abound, the thrift store furniture is mismatched; mannequins, dolls and other toys decorate the window sills, walls and even the ceiling. But it's the food that keeps the locals coming back. It's a terrific blend of traditional home cooking and lighter vegetarian fare. The French toast (served all day) is one of the city's treasures.

wish I lived closer to this diner. in fact, I would consider relocating due to this place!
This place is awesome and they r very friendly, i would absolutely come back here again.
Quirky, fascinating decor/atmosphere with absolutely fantastic food. Some may consider it a little pricey, but in my opinion it's worth every penny!!! Definitely a family favorite.

I've lived in MD for over twenty years working in the restaurant industry for 15+ yrs. Yesterday was my first time hearing of and going to Papermoon. I loved it, the decor was fun and the food was amazing. I especially love the sweet tea. Def going back.

Awesome place!
Was there with my family a couple of weeks ago, after being seated we waited at least 5 min. before my wife had to go and look for someone to take our drink orders. Mean while a couple that sat down 2 min. after us already had there drink orders taken and giving to them. And to top it all off we waited at least another 5 min. before my wife again had to go and find some one to take our orders. Note that it was after 9 pm. and the place was not busy, but steady, but still.
Great food and service..my #1 go to spot..!
