About this business
This small, somewhat eccentric café is a local favorite. The décor is certainly part of the café's charm- bright primary colors abound, the thrift store furniture is mismatched; mannequins, dolls and other toys decorate the window sills, walls and even the ceiling. But it's the food that keeps the locals coming back. It's a terrific blend of traditional home cooking and lighter vegetarian fare. The French toast (served all day) is one of the city's treasures.

A few friends and I were on an RV trip a couple years back, and Jamie Rahn just happened to know about the papermoon diner. He said we should check it out. Jamie is never wrong about cool places to check out. We walked in, and saw old toys and other paraphernalia all over the place. We knew we were in for a treat. The food was fabulous and the service was awesome. 10/10, would go again many times over. Everyone should visit this diner at least once.
the food here is awesome. Had an amazing monte cristo egg sandwich - with bacon and Yes I ate it all - but that's all I'm eating all day!! Yum. Creative look, menu and food. And staff are super friendly.
We go every Saturday. The staff is amazing and the food is always good. My mom has a lot of food allergies and they are super understanding when she orders funky things.
My children and I finally ate here today after passing it for years and telling ourselves that we want to go inside because the outside looks so cool. We loved it! The food and service is excellent, and the art work/decor is just as amazing as we thought it would be. The kids and I really enjoyed looking around. We will come again!

The absolute worst food and service I have ever experienced. Would extremely not recommend this awful restaurant. Yrs ago food was gud now its too disgusting N THEY WERE VERY RACIST
Over priced for unfriendly service low food quality. This place is not tall people friendly. I hit my head and knee. It seems the colored were getting the short end of the deal. I wouldn't recommend this place to a pit bull. I wouldn't even feed this to the homeless either.
Was the worst dinning experience I have had in a long time. Service was unbearable , food was so awful that when I left I had to find a homeless guy and lick his armpit to get the taste of that crap out of my mouth
