Placed my first order from Paper Mart last week. I'm not buying bulk paper... was just looking for nice patterns and colors to wrap some wedding presents. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of paper I received, and for amazing prices! I'm definitely going to be buying from here again.
I ordered gable boxes for thank you gift packages that I was assembled. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the product! I'll definitely order from here again!
No way of canceling order right after it is placed. I needed to switch out the size of my boxes and my best options were to refuse the package or to PAY to ship it back. Poor service when it comes to returning or canceling an order. Great prices but when you have to buy in bulk there needs to be an option to cancel an order that was only placed 10 hours prior.
I ordered for the first time from your company, and I have to say just how pleased I am! I do 90% of my shopping online, so I have had many, many different kinds of experiences and problems with many companies. But I can honesty say that my shopping experience with you was by far the best! Such a seamless transaction from beginning to delivery, that I am so grateful for! I will be ordering as many of my product needs from you as I can in the future! Thank you again for being such a great company!
I just feel with the large amount you charge for shipping could be compensated some place else, like maybe some type of customer appreciation points or something....I would like to have more shades of brown in your deco mesh inventory
The prices are about half of what I have been paying! Love saving money on shipping cost!
We really like Paper Mart and have gotten some beautiful wrapping paper from them, but we received one roll this year with a large imperfection - a two inch wide stripe running down the whole length of the paper. It made a lot of it unusable since we didn't discover it until halfway through the roll. Disappointed this year. Edit: Wow! Paper Mart has really been helpful in responding to our flawed order! I love Paper Mart I have been a customer for over 2 years and happy with all the items I have purchased. Never had any issues till recently. I called and spoke to a wonderful person in customer service and it was immediately resolved. Great customer service and products!!
