I was very disappointed with new shipping policy and prices. Shipping cost more than products. Oh well I need to find a new supplier again.
So disappointed and shocked quite frankly. I put in an order for a case of 6x6x3 easy set-up boxes, and what I received this morning was a shipping box that was beaten up on 3 sides, hastily taped up, and ripped open on the corners. I opened it to find that more than half of the boxes I ordered were bent, ripped or folded in such a way that I can't use them. Awesome customer service! I ordered some items for my wedding and the first shipment was lost or something. Their customer service team not only re-shipped my order, but shipped it super fast!!
