I have bought gift wrap, ribbons, etc. from PaperMart for several years now, and I have never been disappointed! The quality is excellent, prices are great, and shipping has always been prompt. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of speaking with Jennifer Morton with their customer service, and one more time, I was blown away with Paper Mart! Jennifer's kindness, consideration, and professionalism was so refreshing! She took the time to fully explain to me the process and made sure I understood. I am hooked on Paper Mart!
Jennifer Morton, the wonderful salesperson from Paper Mart was superb in her understanding of the products and my needs. She really knows her job and was able to direct me to the right pages and products I was seeking. This is a great company to patronize. All the salespersons are cordial and well informed about the products. The great thing about this company is that they don't mind small orders. There is no minimum requirement. I felt that my business was appreciated. I certainly will continue to shop at Paper Mart.

While searching for a specific paper over the last month, I've had some very poor experiences. Customer services were unprofessional and/or had no clue about what they were selling. This changes today with a call to Paper Mart. Phyllis was not only helpful and personable but placed my order for me as well. Thanks for working with me.
