This might be the coolest place ever!!! I put together a raffle twice a year for our Dachshund Rescue and I was looking for attractive containers for some collectible refrigerator magnets that were donated to us. I purchased some items for my mom's 75th birthday celebration and, the items were delivered to my building but I never received them! I think they were "taken." After contacting fedex and the postal service (to no avail), I called Paper Mart and explained what happened. They were very sympathetic and apologetic (even though it was not their fault) and offered to resend the items to me at no additional charge. I placed an order for my wedding a few weeks ago and both products had issued. One was the wrong product and the other was damaged. I emailed them and they wrote back to me once saying I need to provide them with the product #, which I did. Haven't heard from them since. I've emailed, used contact form and tried the live help at least 10 times and nothing. I just wanted the correct and undamaged items. They have the WORSE customer service I've ever dealt with. i don't think i ever had a problem with any purchase i made with Paper Mart. the boxes i use come super fast and are superior quality. i only wish i was closer to them instead of having them ship my orders. i am thinking about doubling up my orders, we'll see. but i'll never got my shipping from anyone else........thank you, Ron U.
