Very impressive service this morning! In particular, Ellen was outstanding in helping to suggest alternatives when the volume we needed wasn't immediately available for delivery. Prices are cheap but so are the products. Lots of quality issues.

Amazing. You call Paper Mart and in a matter of seconds you're speaking with a real person! They looked up my history and virtually placed my entire order. Johanna was fantastic. I'll be looking at buying more of my product from them just based upon their LIVE and awesome customer service.

Have ordered from PaperMart in the past and everything is exactly as they advertise. Tried ordering again and had problems ordering online so I called the 800 number and talked with Shelley in customer service. She answered all my questions and placed my order over the phone.
