I ordered from Papermart a few months ago, wasn't sure what to expect quality ways as their ribbon prices are so reasonable. Well, everything came, well packed, in 3 days from the day I ordered it! I use 3/8" grossgrain ribbon to wrap & dress up textiles & it was perfect. Good quality & I love being able to order 100 yards at a time. We've ordered from Paper Mart since we opened our store almost six years ago. I've only had one glitch in an order, and it was rectified immediately and to my benefit! Everyone I've ever spoken to there has been great, and today Johanna Hernandes was so pleasant and helpful, it really brightened up a dreary morning. ;-) Good quality merchandise and good people.
I just ordered for the first time and the process was easy. Jennifer Mendoza was helpful and efficient. Pricing was slightly better than the competitors. Only disappointment is that I was ordering for a national charity and couldn't get even the slightest discount. Company line is that they assist local causes, but it seems if you can prove you're ordering for a reputable charity, they should at least give you the 15% discount that is offered for large orders.
I did a chat with Shelley Fine & she was so awesome! She went above & beyond my expectations to meet my needs! Her advice assisted me with choosing the ribbon I needed. Great job Shelley I hope u are recognized as an outstanding employee of Paper Mart!
