I ordered from Paper Mart because the prices were great. Shipping came a few days earlier than expected. I had a large order but a couple rolls were damaged. I contacted Jo Anne Stearns from customer service and she quickly replaced the damaged rolls. No hassle, just provided pictures to her and she had my order out the same day. I will never buy from another company!
Paper Mart is an answer to my prayers!! Wanted to spiffie up my new etchall glass etching kits. Looked at all kinds of zip lock bags...names on them, wrong sizes, thin plastic...etc. Then I found Paper Mart....no name, varied sizes, and a wonderful heavy plastic that is reusable like my creme. I love Paper Mart! They have a wide array of products from which to choose. The prices are very reasonable, and the customer service is stellar. Today, I realized that I made an error with an order that I just placed, so I clicked the "Chat" box. I reached Darlene Vargas with Paper Mart, and to say the least, her customer service was stellar! I've always had good experiences with Paper Mart. I often use items from Paper Mart in my crafting. I recently had some questions about shrink wrap and chatted with Jenna about particulars - sizing of the materials, etc. for the particular project. Jenna double checked measurements, etc. and was extremely patient and helpful! Not only does Paper Mart carry a wide variety of items for great prices, but their staff is FABULOUS (particularly Jenna)!

Wooden Spoon Bakers is a cottage bakery based in Houston TX. We have used the 8 x4 3/4 x 10 1/4 red shadow stripe twist handle bags for our customer orders ever since we started in July 2014. I placed an order online on Sunday and had forgotten to add red twist ties. I called on Monday and spoke with Lisette Garcia. It was too late to add them to my original order but she took excellent care of me and both my bags and twist ties are on the way to me.
