Lisette was so patient, she helped me make sure my order for organza bags were the size I needed for the gift boxes I use. She even went and got the right size box, and sent me photos of it in two different size bags, from her own phone. It made a huge difference. I am a happy customer, great service!

I LOVE this site. I have had the best service from them. However, sometimes a mistake is made and you might get the wrong thing. It happened to me and I called Customer Service and got this awesome agent...Shelley Fine...and she helped me get through the return process and got my bags scheduled for delivery and the return box to be picked up at times that are convenient for me. Thank you, Shelley and thank you, Papermart. You both are awesome!

Love, love, love this site. I sell my hand crochet items on etsy and at craft fairs. My Molly Marie made logo is hot pink. I searched many websites looking for what I needed in the price range I wanted and found everything right here. I purchased large hot pink organza bags for my mermaid tail afghans. Papermart has a good "chat" ability. Sometimes faster than going through an operator too! The lady today, 10-12-16 helped me with my questions and concerns to my satisfaction! Not that they have control over the Shipping, but this is outragous! Just wish Paper Mart had the size (common/stock) in a lighter weight test however.
I love the pricing and the fact that they ship immediately. Friendly customer service and chat with Jenny Mendoza was very helpful! I will recommend this site to my friends!
