I received my order a day early. The ribbons I ordered looked exactly like the pictures. I am so please with them and can't wait to start making my wreaths!
Spent 30 minutes chatting on their website with a woman who guided me as to what size elastic bows to order. When we got them, they didn't fit even though I'd given her the exact size of the item we needed bows for. The company wasn't going to credit us but after speaking to a manager, they said they would credit us "within 3-5 business days" (on 12/2/16). We did not receive a credit.
