Terrible customer service, boxes don't even close properly, refund did not include the $20 something that I paid for shipping and I had to pay for shipping to return it back to them.

I love their ribbons. Great price as well as great quality. I also order my double sided tape for art projects, great tape for a very reasonable price. There customer service, is like no other, absolutely wonderful. 5+++++ stars. Give them a try.

I love their stuff but I really don't love their shipping fees- exorbitant and massively in excess of what others charge. It is a "hidden cost" that takes their stuff from reasonably priced to unaffordable.
