Very poor customer service. Very poor response to the emails from customer service agents and no attempt to solve the problem. Papermart delivered my order to the wrong address and did not even try to pick up the order and deliver it to the right address. The issue is still unsolved. Very disappointed.
So very pleased with all my orders with Paper Mart. I have bought many products and have always been pleased with quality, shipping, customer service!

Highly disappointed that you switched from USA made bags to China made. I have been ordering cases of a certain bag for years. My shipment today came in a box 1/2 size. Bags smashed and not same quality, more like a cheap knock off at same USA made price.
