I have shopped with them for years. I ordered Valentine boxes for my co-workers on 2/2/18, paid for shipping, and I still have not received them. I am sending them back without opening and am told I will have to pay for shipping again. This is not right. I could have driven there and back. It should not take this long. There was no bad weather from California to Texas for such a delay.

I love the selection and uniqueness of the products from Paper Mart...but what is a bummer is how slow the shipping is... Why does shipping take up to 12 days? There's gotta be a better solution to this
I received some cotton muslin bags that smelled horribly like mildew. When I contacted customer service they told me "the web site states that the bags might have an odor". I now have to pay $17 to ship them back as they offer no return shipping credit, even though technically, the item is defective and unusable. Disappointing. Looking for a new supplier with better customer service.
I’m very pleased with my order from Paper Mart. The Green Gingham tissue I ordered is darling, and I’m excited to start wrapping my Etsy products in it when my customers order from me. Thank you for your timely delivery as well.
