Have ordered several times, have never had a problem, have been satisfied with everything I received.
Update...Papermart reached out to me and fixed the issues. Hopefully the replaced products will be better. I have been ordering cupcake liners for quite a few years now and have always been very pleased with their quality. Recently they discontinued the liners I bought so I thought I would get a different kind. The plastic that they are wrapped in were broken on all of the packages so the liners were all over the box when I received them and some liners were damaged. Picked up my first order. Great customer service. Easy ~ order on line, go & pick it up.
DONT EVER ODER FROM HERE. MY PACKAGE WAS SUPPOSE TO ARRIVE TODAY AND NOW IT SAYS THURSDAY. THIS HAS CAUSED ME TO LOOSE A CLIENT ORDER. ANY OTHER BUSINESS WOULD HAVE TRIED TO MAKE IT RIGHT, THEY SIMPLY DO NOT CARE. I WILL SHARE WITH MY OTHER GROUPS ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM HERE AS WELL AS A WARNING NOT TO ORDER FROM HERE. SORRY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! NEVER AGAIN.
I ordered some crepe paper to make vines for a Lion King themed shower. I made a note on the shipping asking if it could be delayed a bit as we were going away for a week. I received a personal phone call to arrange the best time to send it. It arrived at exactly the right time. And the paper was perfect for the purpose. A great experience. Thanks!
If you don't read your notes and commends section on the orders, why do you even have one. Very bad customer service.
