I had a very good experience with Paper Mart. In fact they went out of their way to help me. The driver couldn't get into our complex to make the delivery and Paper Mart attempted to call me several times. The driver left and was an hour out when I finally was able to return their call. Paper Mart had the driver turn around and deliver my order. I would say that was 5 Start service. Thank you Vanessa for making that happen.
You guys are amazing. I placed my order on Monday. Spoke with a live Customer Service Representative that was personable and professional. It's nice to speak with a live person. Well, my package arrived late last night. The bags are for a Women's Retreat I'm hosting in a few weeks. They are gorgeous! The quality is unbelievable considering what I paid for them... Thank you so much. We are now lifetime partners.

They will let you return but you have to play the cost of shipping it back. It cost more then what I ordered. Hate this place and I have dealt with them for years. I'm finding a new place. Isn't worth the frustration. I give them a poor rating.

This company is amazing! I ordered 100 cellophane bags for wedding favors at my daughter's wedding. When the order came, there were only 95 bags. I called and spoke to Cecelia. Without even asking she placed another order of 100 bags, AT NO CHARGE! And they will be here by the end of the week. This is what customer service should be like. I strongly recommend this company.
