My original experience with Papermart wasn't a good one. My shipment was lost and the representative told me to reorder what was lost as I opened an inquiry with USPS for needed items for my business. However my case was forwarded to another Customer Service Supervisor who went above and beyond to help. My package was found, my products were replaced, and my faith in actual custom service was restored. Thank you!

I am very happy with Paper Mart, I can get all colors of bows for making my songbook Angel dolls. I could not find all the different colors and designs anywhere else and they ship quick and the prices are great. Thanks Paper Mart keep up the good customer service, cannot always find that often.

I placed my first order for macaron boxes for my business in Texas on Saturday and received them today, Wednesday. These are very high quality, durable boxes, and the corrugated paper is also way more sturdy than I expected. I am thoroughly pleased with the turnaround time and the response/level of personal care from Paper Mart. I will definitely be continuing to use Paper Mart for all of our shipping and packaging needs!

Ok pricing (Gifts intnl is better), fair shipping costs, lost of color options for ribbon which is nice. NOT happy with how they package their materials though. Even when items were sent in a box the plastic inside the ribbon rolls has come apart which unravels the ribbon in the middle :/
