Tried this company. Usually do business with another company but wanted to try something new. Ordered on Jan, 3rd. Called on the 9th to see why it had not shipped. Got an excuse that they had computer problems. I asked if they could still ship out so I would have for the following Wed. They said they could not make any promises. They took my money fast and now left me hanging. I now have to pay another company 85.00 to 2 day ship some boxes. And that's just the shipping. Thank you for nothing.
I've been using Paper Mart bags and tissue paper for a few years now. I love the products I use to package my ceramics, AND they stand by their products, so when I found some defective bags (at a craft fair, digging into the pile of bags), they refunded the cost of the bags that I had to recycle. I'd recommend them anytime!
Date of order to date of shipping was unacceptably slow. (Still waiting for shipping confirmation after yet another delay.) Slow customer service. Too many departments and communication between them lacks (sales, shipping, accounting, etc.). Definitely looking for another supplier.

We use lots of different sizes of sacks. I had to send some back, but the mistake was ours. They made a super effort to get the right side back. LOVE LOVE the products. Puppy. They get a 5 paws up.
