We had a really great experience at this Pandora store today! The sales girl Parys went above and beyond to help us. She was patient, didn’t rushed us, and had excellent knowledge about the products. Parys happily answered all our questions and showed genuine interest which made the whole shopping experience enjoyable. Thanks to her, my sister and I each bought a Pandora bracelet and a charm
The best customer service experience to date hand down from Kaitlyn yesterday. She was so lovely and patient with us although we were there until close of shop. Love the new rings, defs will buy from her again ❤️ thanks
Went in on Thursday evening There was no salesperson on the sales floor, just me in an empty shop. Looked around for a while trying to find a gift for a colleague. A couple walked in a few minutes after me, only then did sales person zoom out from the back room walk straight past me without saying a word and started greasing up to them. After a few more minutes it was clear she had no intention of helping me. I walked out. Was I discriminated against? Such poor service. Do better Pandora!
Super friendly staff! Got an engraving done & took no longer than five minutes. Walked out of the store happy with my purchase & will definitely be back!
