Had a great stay with wonderful friends the last time I was there.
It's after 3pm when everyone checks in and there is only 2 people at reception to check people in with over 20 people in line.
Love it here @ Palms Place 5 night stay... fantastic views of Las Vegas!!
Amazing suites! Great tubs and very interesting showers (why yes that is a stripper pole!). I love celebrating at The Palms!
customer servive is awful!! I was not advised of the resort fee until check-in and they asked for 300dollars deposit on my room,which I already paid for. the service is horrible!!!
I've had multiple friends who have stayed at the palms make comments similar to Kevin hanson's ( see above comment) message; the palms were not accommodating to simple and reasonable requests, even when it could put their guests in danger. The fact that they did not even help Hanson's family is disgusting and if I were them I would pursue legal action
I am not impressed by your support to the bacon challenge! This is barbaric, illogical, senseless and is an ultimate act of domination over defenseless creatures. This shows your lack of compassion and to be honest, a lack of imagination to come up with creative challenges that would stimulate your clientele's intellect and interest. You are simply showing your true colors by hosting such an event... I will not support your animalistic and barbaric abuse on animals.
