An intimately seductive escape from the hustle and bustle of the Las Vegas strip, the Palms Casino Hotel aims to please the hip and sophisticated. Once home to MTV's The Real World: Las Vegas, this hotel now hosts the rooftop Ghostbar and the trendy Rain nightclub, among other attractions. Drenched in swanky décor, this glamorous hotel is a quintessential Vegas experience.

I have not checked in yet and have had two horrible experiences with guest services and the business center. I was looking forward to my stay at the palms because this is where we always stay and it's normally wonderful. No longer looking forward to this stay. Elaine and Shelly should work on customer service skills.
Came through for a club crawl and loved it and the view from the roof too
The rooms were really nice but check in was terrible the attitudes at check in was not welcoming at all. It took us over two and a half hours to check in and there was no line the rooms were booked but somehow they weren't in their system but not only were the rooms booked they were also paid for. So there great rooms booked and paid for but somehow not in their system so they were not blocked out we all ended up on different floors in the hotel.
Great Hotel! Excellent Service! Looking forward to booking a room with the Penthouse view!!!
Very nice place to stay our room was like staying in a one bedroom apartment the restaurants were great too oh yeah we both won money on video poker &caveman keno
Being a local, we had never stayed at The Palms so we figured we would try it. I was not impressed, to say the least. They aren't very "locals" friendly. The room was not very clean, with water bottle caps and clothing tags left on the floor. Ther... read more

I stayed here for my 21st birthday. It was great. The casino is the perfect size. Not huge but not small. Our room was gorgeous. It was a great experience
