Terrible customer service I would highly recommend they have their staff go through a hospitality training. The only friendly person was the check in. The pool side service was extremely slow, casino staff rude, security extremely extremely rude to paying customers and might have even been racially profiling.
Love it, very clean and elegant. Don't love the smell of cigarette but that's Vegas. Friendly and knowledgable staff. My room was amazing; bed supper comfortable, pillow was ok.
People...People...People...but love the services...
Suites were not clean until 5 pm, very late. Reserved suite on the 50th floor was not given. We had to go on another floor. I ask for a print out of the room rate, but was not given one. We were to have joining suites for the family reunion, it did not happen.
I stayed at Palms this weekend... I loved it! The only complain I have was the hassle to get to and from the strip. The pool is amazing!! The room was nice and I had a great view. All employees were very friendly and always helpful (except the receptionist at the front desk), they even let me check out late due to me not feeling well. The room was clean and so was the casino.
