The room was really nice plus the view made it better
Beautiful room...people very helpful and friendly.... housekeeping could step it up... more shuttle...bigger ones...and more run times would make this a 5 star review!
The Palms resort is really nice, I enjoyed the room and the view was amazing from the 19th floor in which I stayed in a superior room with a king sized bed, has a mini bar, fridge with drinks, flatscreen TV, snacks, a love seat, closet, and nice sized bathroom, even a work desk, free Wi-Fi is included as well. I would absolutely love to stay here again!

I usually do not have a bad review about a hotel. It was absolutely disgusting staying on the 23rd floor. There was a horrible smell every night. It smelled like sewage with a mixture of old nail salon smell. The casino and restaurants were decent. The buffet was not great at all. The most pleasant thing about this hotel is how nice the staff are. I hope whatever the issue is with that smell that they fix it. It's a decent hotel.

Still here. Only thing I didnt appreciate was that my room wasnt thoroughly clean. Found a lot of womens hair in the bathroom.
When I got upgrade a room to suit last Saturday (11/12) got all excited but sadly didn't last long. Suspicious and quite gross stain on furniture and clogged shower it's not what u necessarily expect. So disappointed !!!!
