I'm so excited that the palms has my favorite cover band Blue String Theory Band playing there! Great people great music they are a definite must see show!
I am a local and they take good care of us locals. Took my grandson and his girlfriend to breakfast buffet. She just turned 21. Too bad she did not WIN but she had fun.
I go with my Grandson for a bite to eat now and then, never bothered by anyone at the casino for other activities
The room was good. They charged me for their snack and mini bar. I just touched it and already was getting charged for them. Second elevators where out of order had to use stairs the hole weekend. I didn't even get a discount.
I have about a month trying to get help with my CHAIRMAN card everytime I go to pick up the promotion gifts they tell me that I am not entitled. .. Many times the manager at the reward center has said that it will be fixed and that I would get a call from corporate. I've heard nothing and I am very frustrated that I get no help after being very loyal to the Palms for many years. .. Thinking in going to start looking for a different Casino ���

The second night my room was flooded The manager said they'd comp my room But checked out today and paid the full amount They said they didn't know the floor was flooded...? Ugh
I love the buffet and the price .. The bar and love rock band was awesome also.
Ever since the change I've noticed the slots are way more tighter the promotion lines are insane. That Mega Mula jackpot is bullshit if your in a bonus and have been playing for some time on that machine "WITHOUT TAKING YOUR CARD OUT" you get NO MONEY "25.00" I stopped going to RED ROCK for the fact they Treat People with the President cards like shit. You would think after spending that much money they would give you more then 10 bucks for free play CHEAP!!!!! That's all I can say...Really disappointed.
