Very disappointing experience! When we got the email saying our grand total it doesn't include the "resort fee" ! I am totally fine paying a resort fee, but the total should be calculated somewhere on your bill, not just as a little note saying there is a daily fee! Big surprise on check in and really started the trip off on a bad note!! 😢
Had a fabulous time making some bets during March Madness at the sports book. The service was awesome and ambiance was electric.....
Great hotel lots of daytime fun and nightlife actions. looks like they remodeling a cafe could be great, did not see end date or reopening of cafe posted .

We came for 3 nights but we preferred to leave after the 2nd night. The staff was very polite and helpful (except a girl at the front desk). Love the valet parking staff. The room was very clean and nice but so noisy. We could hear the next door neighbors like they were actually with us ! Next day, early morning, we asked to change the room. No problem the staff said but it took all day to get the room. We could check in at 5:00pm after we asked twice if the room was ready. The good thing : the new room was really nice and q... read more
