My only real problem with Palms Casino and Resort was they have enough ventilation and the smoke was very thick. Other than that the price is very reasonable and the people were very professional and friendly

We checked into the Palms on Wed evening. At 2am I woke up to intense itching. I had four large swelling bites down my side. I knew immediately they were bed bug bites. I had bed bugs in college and it took me almost a year to exterminate them. It was pure hell. I went back out, searched the entire mattress and found a bug. I caught it in one of the room cups (as shown in the photo). I then went downstairs and asked to speak to a manager. I was told there was no manager there...Continue Reading
An excellent place to stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. The pool is great and dining is is great.
The FREE band - Blue String Theory (in the Lounge on Saturdays) was terrific! Made the whole trip worth it! 😉
We got upgraded to the penthouse on the 34th floor. We had an incredible room. The staff was awesome. Definitely stay there again

Unbelievable experience we will back. Our suite was something that dreams are made of .
Would give less stars if possible. Pool staff and security treats you like a criminal. Ghost Bar security was even worse. Front desk was clueless on any issues. Pay a bit more and stay at a better hotel. You will be happy
