Usually don't do reviews, so many whiny people these days. Everything was on point. Facebook promo was nice. Saved money on the hotel. Great room on the 30th floor. Clean with a great view. Ghost Bar was fun. Our host at the pool was very friendly and on point. Did that on Friday. She is a keeper. Miss the Moon Club. Hopefully some day again. Thanks Palms see you soon!
Ate at buffet and was very disappointed. Meat was tough and chewy turkey was dry and grave was dried and skined over, deserts were hard and stale saw a cook open a box with a knife and then cut food with same knife and gloves I dont know where the box was or what might have been on it.
I love this place they go out of there way to take of me I was given VIP treatment the whole time upgraded my room to a suite I give them 5 stars thanks palms casino!!!
Very nice hotel, loved the casino. Pool was nice. Drinks are very over priced at bar and pool, but still free if gambling

I work here ...what a beautiful property. ...and getting nicer. Day .by day. ...baby steps
Did not have the table game "Let It Ride" as advertised on their app. The major reason why I choose to stay. Had to walk to the Rio. Feel cheated, you should keep your app up to date on what games you actually offer.
The Palms is an exceptional place to stay. Great location, service, accommodations and entertainment!
