For whatever reason I had not been to the Palms in like 7 to 10 years but since we stayed at the Rio we went over and checked it out. I was so impressed with all the changes that I noticed. The bistro buffet was absolutely amazing. And I cannot believe it was only $10 the quality would be worth at least double that. It was nice to see table games at $5 instead of 15 like on the strip.

My first time, I just enjoyed it. The food is great (buffet). But sad to say was not lucky. Just love it, i'll be back to try my luck again soon.
We were down graded from the room we actually paid for. The pool was closed even though they still charged us a "resort fee" and we couldn't actually use the amenities. We were told by someone in house keeping that they would look into why we were downgraded and we never heard back from them. We were woken up by construction noise. We were reminded why we always stay on the strip.

Nice room, we stayed in the studio suite at palms place. However, the couch and chairs were extremely worn, and the bathroom was not property cleaned. We had to call down 3+ times to have some things brought to the room, but they never were. The room was not properly serviced either. The bed was made, but toiletries were not replenished, bathtub was not cleaned, and minibar was not replenished. I won't stay her again.
