Worst customer service I've ever had in my life!!! We where there from Hawaii with a wedding party. The second night we had dinner reservations and transportation already paid for then the elevator got stuck for almost 2 hours witch ruined the night!! After that we asked for at least the mini bar to be comped security assured us we would be compensated for our losses. In the end the didn't comp anything and since security said we where going to be comped we drank out of the mini bar and got charged an extra 500 dollars!! Wor... read more

The Concert Venue was Very Pretty. Seats were very comfortable. I will go again
So disgusted that we booked a reservation with our entire volleyball tournament for 5 days with multiple guests. Now months after receiving confirmation with a one night fee for deposit with reservation confirmation letter, now they send us a message that is was an "Error" no fault to us but just change my reservation. We leave for tournament in less that 10 days and we are forces to pay a higher price. So disgusted! Not impressed at all! I guess I know where we will not be staying next trip!!!! Buyer beware!
The 10:30 jam session at the lounge was fantastic!
This hotel pissed me off!!! Rules at pool frustrating!!! Can't bring pocket camera but can bring phone in!!! Don't dress your staff on scandalous outfits if concerned! Had to walk back to room everyday cuz purse had vacation gear in it!!!!

Great place to stay!! Loved their buffet and the room was very nice.
Try to charge you for extra nights. Won't let you into pool area with laptop when you have 5 hours to wait to go to airport. Won't be back.
