I love the renovation they did on the casino and the rooms. Enjoyed the apartment Suite. Love that they accommodated me with my 75ft vehicle. 24-hour Buffet. Wow. Slots played fair.

We really enjoyed our stay. The remodeled room was very nice, well appointed and spacious. The staff was accommodating and great to deal with. My one complaint was gambling for over 3 hours without ever seeing a cocktail waitress, I was at the same machine the whole time. We will stay there again.

I like the palms , need a little more variety in machines. And i don't believe they have a poker room.

We have been coming to the Palms for many years and love it. We visit at least 2-3 times a year. It is our favorite place to stay. Staff are very curtious and make us feel welcomed every time. The pool area is a wonderful place to hang out. We also, enjoy the variety of fine dinning and fast food Restaraunts that are offered.

This hotel may not be on the strip but they have a shuttle that goes to Ceasers's every 30 minutes which was always on time. Very clean and trendy rooms. Awesome staff and customer service. They have an affordable buffet, a food court and a movie theater. Would defiantly stay here again.

The hotel room was awosem, clean room design and space is very perfect ,bed is sooo comfortable , i enjoyed staying there ,but i rated as 3 star because the customer services is soo bad and thier manager is soooo rude like them and need more attitude training before getting this position and she was young wome , except the night manager he have good attitude.
